The wild, authored around you
Aether composes singular, unhurried safari journeys where every hour is designed for you alone — and your presence measurably restores the land and the communities who keep it.
We do not sell safaris. We compose journeys — one continuous story, written between you, the land, and the people who know it best. Not a package. A composition.
Best-selling safaris, quietly perfected
Our most-loved journeys — each private, expertly guided, and unrepeatable. Browse for inspiration, then we author yours from a blank page: the Great Migration River Crossing, the Unhurried Mara, Kenya Classic, Samburu & the Rift, Laikipia Conservancy Private, and Kenya & Zanzibar bush-and-beach.
Every journey leaves the wild measurably better
Luxury, to us, is not excess — it is consequence. A fixed 30% share of every journey funds named conservation and community outcomes, and we show you exactly where it goes through our transparent Regeneration Ledger.
- 30% of every journey to conservation & community
- 1:1 — a child schooled for every journey sold
- 14 community & conservancy partners
- 100% transparent, traceable allocation
The finest luxury left on earth is time, space, and silence — and the knowledge you left the wild fuller than you found it.
Planning your safari — FAQs
How much does a luxury safari in Kenya cost?
Luxury Kenya safaris typically range from about $500 to $3,000+ per person per day, depending on the camps, private-conservancy access and internal flights. Aether’s multi-day journeys start from around $6,400 per person.
When is the best time to go on safari in Kenya?
Kenya is a year-round destination. The Great Migration river crossings are best from July to October; the green season (November–March) brings dramatic light, newborn wildlife and lower rates.
What makes Aether different from other safari companies?
Aether composes fully bespoke, single-thread journeys rather than selling fixed packages, provides a dedicated Journey Designer, and directs a fixed, transparent share of every journey to named conservation and community outcomes.
How far in advance should I book a Kenya safari?
For peak seasons (July–October and the December holidays), book 6–12 months ahead to secure the best camps. Shorter-notice journeys can often still be arranged.
